Action plan based on the next -generation development support program

In order to create an employment environment in which employees can exercise their abilities and work comfortably in harmony with their work and life, the following action plan shall be established.
Plan period: 3 years from March 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026
2. Contents
Objective 1: To inform and provide information on systems such as maternity leave before and after childbirth, childcare leave benefits, and exemption from social insurance premiums during childcare leave.

Objective 2: Reduce overtime hours as appropriate.

June 2023 - Identify overtime trends and issues.
June 2024- Establish measures and planning tools for each issue.
The goal at this time is zero overtime in excess of 60 hours.
Goal 3: Introduce telecommuting, teleworking, and other location-independent work styles

June 2023- Continue to develop work practices and work methods for telecommuting, etc.
June 2024- Identification of problems with telecommuting system
