Objective of this role Responsibilities and role in designing process is very vague and complex. Production director will need to plan and align team priorities with business objectives so that epic-quality is delivered on time, within budget, all the time. (near impossible yet we do make miracles through collaboration with brilliant designers and clients! Can't thank enough)
Starting from artist selection suited for the project and negotiating terms and conditions.

Assigning the specific artist is crucial in meeting high standards.

Foreseeing future risks of delays and any other problem will help you to plan ahead as handling potential risks is much easier than problems that already exists.

"Schedule quality management"
Quality control of schedule / illustrations up to the delivery date, etc. We will manage and manage the overall production.
Quality control must be linked with the art director in the company.

[Exceptional project management skills]

Japanese Language Examination (JLPT) Japanese level of "N1" or higher.

Art director (Tokyo)

If you are passionate about game and character design and a nice person, we would love to talk to you! Role as Art director, you will be in charge of quality control. Making technical and fundamental feedbacks on design of various types. From human character design to scenery and so on.
Objective of this role To maintain and establish our production standards. Each design will be checked in stages. Rough idea sketch, refined sketch, mid-stage before final colouring, and completed stage with final touches.

You will be working with individual designers and designers in game companies who have different skills, experience and backgrounds.
Ensuring teamwork beyond our organization boundary is critical in all stages of production.(which we know is easier said than done) Assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating processes to support design operations.
Collaborating with production director in planning and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that epic-quality work is delivered on time and on budget. (Yes it doesn't go as planned but we still try our best!)

Development of presentation approaches, styles, and improving techniques of each individuals is also important. There is no shortcut in this and this is one of the reason that makes design related roles difficult. Managers in creative divisions understands that and will give you feedbacks on your work, but YOU need to do the deeds, no one else can do it for you.

Character illustrator

As illustrator, you will be designing characters from in various styles and concepts. Collaborating with Art Director and Production director.
You will be in charge of 4 to 6 ongoing projects, most assignments are scheduled monthly, some assignments take 3 months.

Developing and improving your designing techniques and broadening drawing style is important. There is no shortcut in this and this is one of the reason that makes design related roles difficult.
